The Service

VertaCall is currently in pre-launch. The waitlist allows you to register interest and receive a notification when the product launches. No account is created and no payment is required.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or someone else's email address.
• Attempt to overwhelm, disrupt, or abuse the service through automated submissions, scripting, or other means.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without authorization.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on waitlist.vertacall.net is the property of VertaCloud. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site without written permission.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VertaCloud makes no guarantees about product launch timing, features, or availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VertaCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
